This is simple. We only collect what we need to allow your phone (and you) access to our crisis plans. We want nothing more than that. Unfortunately, we do know everything involved in such mobile apps, so we do not know what else to tell you. We do not collect information for any other purpose. Period. We have no idea if the company used to make the app collects information, but I do not believe so. We will never collect information to sell, give away, exchange, or use in any way except to allow you access and I think we need access to your photo gallery to be able to store some app related pics.
Further you are permitted use provided you make an account on the app (or the school makes one for you) and that will promise to never sue me or the company. We want you to have access but providing you access is not a money maker for us, we just want to help keep you and everyone else safe. We are not going to take anything from you, and we do not want you taking anything from us. We do not want you to save, copy, keep, use, giveaway, or in any way provide our information to anyone. Period. If you do, the entire district loses access.
We promise to treat you the way we wish to be treated providing you do the same.
